Any order presumes the client’s agreement without reservation with the present general provisions. These general terms and conditions of sale apply only to the current and latest retail prices released by SIBYLLE DE BAYNAST DESIGNS LIMITED and/or SIBYLLE de BAYNAST trading as SIBYLLE JEWELS and SIBYLLE de BAYNAST JEWELLERY . They cancel those of earlier publications and can be modified at any time. All orders presume that clients have accepted the present general conditions without reservation.

III/ PRICES
The prices are free of taxes.
All orders are billed according to the conditions mentioned in the
current catalogue at the date of registering the order. Prices may later
be modified without advance notice.
Products remain the property of SIBYLLE de BAYNAST until full payment has been completed.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING COST
Free postage offered for all orders worldwide over £200.
Any customs duties are at the client’s expense.
IV/PAYEMENT
You can also pay over the Phone with Visa or Master card or send us your card details. We will carefully destroy your details as soon as payement has been completed and confirmed by our bank.
We also accept payement via Bank transfer, in which case Sibylle de Baynast Jewels accepts payements in Euros or Great British Pounds (GBP).
Orders must be paid in full to be processed. Unpaid or partially paid orders will not be delivered. Any Payement problem (False Bank Details, refused cheques, etc...) will be billed £15.
V/ SECURITY
Only data necessary to process and ship your order is preserved, we go
through Paypal solutions for payment processing via their
secure page.
PayPal solution allow payment by major credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard). If you choose this payment method, you will be
redirected to PayPal secure page once your order is confirmed.
All other information left on the site (name, e-mail ...), blog, facebook or Instagram will not
be subject to any other operation (rental or sale file ...) than that
related to the strict SIBYLLE de BAYNAST activity.
VI/ PURCHASE ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
All our offers are valid as advertised on our newsletter, blog or emails subject to stock availablity.
Before the conclusion of any online purchase, the client
will see on his/her screen an order form presenting in detail his/her
entire order, along with prices, that he/she may modify or cancel. The
validation of this order form implies the conclusion of the online
contract.
By filling in an order form appearing on the site
http://www.sibyllejewels.com and validating the order (by clicking on
Validate my order), the client acknowledges having acquainted
him/herself, at the time the order is made, with the specific present
conditions of sale, which alone will be applicable by contract thus
concluded and the acceptance of payment by the debiting of the price
indicated from the client’s credit card.
The sale becomes definitive after acceptance of the transaction by the secure online payment services.
Data recorded by sibyllejewels.com constitutes proof of all transactions between sibyllejewels.com and its customers.
Data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
SIBYLLE JEWELS reserves the possibility to not register an order
for whatever reason, particularly when related to a product supply
problem, a problem concerning the received order, or a foreseeable
problem to do with delivery.
All complaints for non-conformity or missing products upon delivery must
be transmitted within 36 hours after delivery. The product must be in
its original wrapping.
VII/ RETRACTION PERIOD
The client has, from the date of delivery, a
delay of 7 working days to return the order for an exchange or
reimbursement.
The practice of right of retraction obliges the dealer to reimburse the sums paid by the buyer within 30 days.
The consumer must cover the costs of returning the merchandise. The product must imperatively be returned in its
original wrapping, intact and accompanied by all accessories,
instruction leaflets and documents.
Almost all our jewellery is and bespoke, made to order or personalised either with gemstones or hand engraving. We cannot accept any returns for anything that has been made to order, hand engraved or set with gemstones selected by the client unless it appears to be wrongly engraved.
Please be aware that that there may be natural variations in colour and gemstone sizes. Also, due to the nature of each piece being handmade, the shape of our medals and pendants vary slightly. This is part of their distinctive nature.
Because all engraving is done by hand imperfections and irregularities in the tracing are to be expected and contribute to the character of each piece.
Please be aware that the text will be engraved exactly as entered, including lower, upper cases and spaces. Spelling mistakes will be charged to customer unless wrongly reproduced.

VIII/ PERSONAL INFORMATION&PRIVACY POLICY
SIBYLLE de BAYNAST pledges not to divulge to third parties the information
provided by clients. This information is confidential. It will only be used
by internal services for the processing of orders and to enhance and
personalise communication, offers and products/jewellery reserved to SIBYLLE de BAYNAST clients.
Each client has the right to access, correct and remove any personal data
that relates to him/her. To obtain it, please send an email to sibylledebaynast@gmail.com by indicating surname, given names, address
and, if possible, client reference.
IX/ LINKS
SIBYLLE de BAYNAST does not use any third party services to this date, except Paypal payment solution.
Third parties may, in the future, include links to other
websites or other internet sources. Given that SIBYLLE de BAYNAST cannot
control these external sites or sources, each user recognises that SIBYLLE de BAYNAST cannot be held liable for putting information at the disposal
of these external sites and sources, and cannot be held responsible as
to the contents, advertisements, products, services or any other
material available on or from these external sites or sources. Moreover,
each user recognises that SIBYLLE de BAYNAST cannot be held responsible
for all damages or losses established or claimed consecutive or related
to the use or having confidence in the contents, goods or services
available on these external sites and sources.
X/ TRANSPORTATION
Our merchandise travels at the buyer's risk
and peril. whatever the method of shipping and even when the prices are
established postage paid.
XI/ DELIVERY
As soon as your order has been received, you will receive your order in th estimated time stated at the time of purchase or on the invoice. SIBYLLE de BAYNAST guarantees to take great
care of its products so as to assure they conform to the description
posted on the website at the time of ordering. Deliveries cannot be made to postal boxes. Orders with postal box delivery addresses cannot be taken into consideration.
Orders can be delivered to all countries. To better serve you, SIBYLLE de BAYNAST has chosen Royal Mail uk for the shipping of your parcel. A signature will be required at the delivery address. Products are
sent to the delivery address indicated on the order form. In the event
of the absence of the consignee or a person able to to accept the goods
upon delivery, Royal Mail or its International Partners will leave a calling card at the delivery
address indicated by the client, inviting him/her to collect the goods and sign for the parcel.
Under no account, will SIBYLLE de BAYNAST be responsible for a potential
deterioration of the products due to their late pickup from the
designated Royal Mail post office or collection post.
XII/ COMPLAINTS
Possible delays do not give the buyer the right to cancel the sale,
refuse the merchandise or claim damages and interests. In the event of
complaints, transport costs and other costs (customs) for the return of
the products to SIBYLLE de BAYNAST are payable by the buyer. The
reimbursement of products only is due on the condition that no anomaly
is noted about the products. If such is the case, SIBYLLE de BAYNAST reserves the right to not reimburse the client.
The client may only put forward reservations at the moment of delivery
if the delivery does not conform in terms of quantity to the order, or
if the parcel containing the products is severly damaged. These
reservations must be made in writing to the transporter during delivery,
or 4 hours at the latest after delivery. A copy of these reservations
must be sent to SIBYLLE de BAYNAST by email 12 hours at the latest after
these reservations have been noted.
No return of products will be accepted and we do not exchange items. If
the procedure noted above is respected, and if it is thus proven that
the reservations are due to the fact that the parcel and the products
have been severly damaged, SIBYLLE de BAYNAST has the choice to establish a
credit note, reimburse the client the price paid or carry out a new
delivery of the same products.
XIII/ RESPONSABILITY
The client is solely responsible for the choice of products, their
care from the date of delivery, and their use. Under no account
can SIBYLLE de BAYNAST will be held responsible for any damage arising from
this. SIBYLLE de BAYNAST guarantees that the products are in perfect condition
when given to the transporter. This is the only guarantee agreed to by SIBYLLE de BAYNAST. No other guarantee, express or tacit, is accorded. In
particular, SIBYLLE de BAYNAST cannot guarantee that the products respond
to the specific expectations of the client.
SIBYLLE de BAYNAST cannot be held responsible for the nonfulfilment of the contract concluded in the event of a stock shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, political upheaval or total or partial strike action affecting in particular postal, transportation and/or communications services, floods or fire.
The images and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, SIBYLLE de BAYNAST cannot be held responsible should there be an error in one of these images or texts.
SIBYLLE de BAYNAST will not incur any liability for any consequential damages because of these presents (operating loss, profit loss, chance loss, damages or costs). On no account will SIBYLLE de BAYNAST be held responsible for any damages of whatever nature resulting from any impossibility of use, access, of all loss or profit loss following directly from the information available on this server, and this whatever the origin of the loss.

The transfer of risks with regard to the products takes place as
soon as SIBYLLE de BAYNAST hands over products to the transporter. Hence,
the products travel at the client’s risk and peril. If, for reasons
beyond our control, we are lacking a product, we will replace it by
another equivalent in quality and price, so as to avoid delivery delays
(unless expressly instructed by the client).
